I signed up for T Mobile 900 + flext Drive No Web. I unpacked the phone (MDA Touch Plus) and used it for a day. I am not happy with the size of the phone. Under the distance selling regulations (cooling off period), I can go back to T-Mobile and cancel my contract? Will there be a penalty?
